Combine mashed kohlrabi with pureed cauliflower. Put in cheesecloth or clean tea towel and squeeze out water. Whisk 1 egg and ¼ tsp coconut flour. Gradually add a bit of the egg mixture to the dry ingredients until it forms balls that hold together then flatten into a pancake and put into skillet with hot canola oil and fry. You will not need all the egg mixture, maybe only 2-3 tbs, it depends on how big the batch is.
