Puree a head of raw cauliflower. Add two eggs, and 1 ½ tbsp olive oil. I use infused olive oil. Herb de Provence is my favourite or Tuscan herb. Add rosemary or chives or sage or any other herb. Mix ingredients coating the cauliflower making it sticky to form the mixture into something that resembles toast. If it’s not sticky then ass more oil. You may have to experiment with this because cauliflowers are different sizes. Line your baking tray with parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes on each side until golden brown.
